We are a family run stud situated between Appleby, place of the famous horse fair, and Penrith, in the idyllic country side of the Lake District in Cumbria. Our shetlands are founded on Marshwood/Lakehead/Wells lines.

Along with our sister stud, Addingham, we aim to breed ponies of good conformation, movement and temperament. Our ponies are shown successfully throughout the country by both ourselves and new owners. Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement.
